Do players and parents need to download a separate app?
No — they join with a QR code or link and get a simple, limited view. Nothing complicated to install.
Can we trial it with just one team first?

Where is our club's data stored?
In the Firebase Australia region — your club's information stays on Australian soil.
What exactly can parents see?
A limited, role-appropriate view. Sensitive details like medical info stay gated to coaches and admins.
Can parents mute reminders?
Yes — Settings has per-category switches for training reminders, availability chasers, wellness check-ins and the weekly digest, and parents can pause reminders per child. Account and billing emails always arrive.
Is there a cost for parents and players?
No. The club pays one subscription; parents and players are free.
Can we switch the AI features off?
Yes. A club admin can turn AI off for the whole club with one toggle in Settings — it covers Ask Claude, AI session designs and AI match reports. Even when on, AI never changes anything without a person confirming.
How hard is it to cancel?
No lock-in — manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal, and the 14-day trial needs no card.
How long does setup take?
Most clubs are running within a weekend — invite members by QR or link, and set up roles in minutes.
What does the club actually pay?
One subscription in AUD (+ GST), billed monthly or annually. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
We're required to use PlayHQ, Squadi or Dribl — does this replace that?
No — registration stays wherever your federation requires it. The Blueprint runs everything after registration: teams, training, availability, gameday, wellness and communication. Dribl fixtures and ladders sync in automatically, and the roster CSV import brings your players across in one go.
