Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using The Football Blueprint (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a club, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for your login, for activity under your account, and for ensuring you have the consents needed to enter information about players (including children) and their guardians.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, no attempts to access other clubs’ data, and no interference with the platform’s operation or security.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per club through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees, billing cycle and any taxes (including GST) are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing area; access to paid features ends when a subscription lapses.
5. Your content
Your club’s data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability & disclaimers
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited as set out here and does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we handle your data per the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia (confirm).
